Organizational Structure
The Los Angeles Committee for the Innovation Deal USA in the 2ist Century is hereby proposed as a grass-root civic group for the promotion of the SCHOLAR STEAM K12 Plus Project and associate agendas. This organization could include members from academia, government, labor unions, chamber of commerce, student organizations, religious, charitable, social service, social justice , environmental protection, and other interested groups, or any non-affiliated individual citizens or residents. The following officers could be elected to provide leadership:
President of the Board of Directors: In charge of overall coordination of all activities of the group.
Vice President and Director of Project Administration and Policy Implementation: In charge of the research project and implementation of the SCHOLAR STEAM K12 Plus Project and associate agendas.
K12 Engineering Curriculum Specialist: Edward Locke, founder of this website, in charge of overall strategic planning on K12 engineering curriculum development.
Director of Research Review and Evaluation: In charge of review and validation of research outcomes.
Director of Public Communications and K12 Outreach: In charge of organizing events to publish the research outcomes to the public and to communicate with K12 institutions.
